The Administrator User Group brings together any Zendesk customer who wants to connect, learn, and share with other Zendesk customers. Groups are run by Zendesk customers, for Zendesk customers.
Whether you are a part-time, full-time, or no-time (aren't we all) Zendesk Administrator, this is the user group for you.

You are not alone, all of us have these questions and this group is about connecting with other Admins and helping each other solve real problems together.
Yes, but this one is fun, and you will learn something too! Our meetings will be virtual and we will keep them to an hour. Depending on the members, we can adjust the day and time to make sure we can have everyone attend! You can look forward to discussing all the topics that make Admins tick. We will try to cover as much material as time allows. At each meeting, we will post an agenda and are looking to include topics that include:
