The Australia User Group brings together any Zendesk customer who wants to connect, learn, and share with other Zendesk customers in Australia.
We will have a mix of both virtual and in-person events that will take place every 2 to 3 months. We'll have virtual events and will most likely transition to hybrid events in 2023. Our events will incorporate just about anything on how to use Zendesk more effectively in your day-to-day but, we're looking to incorporate your ideas too. Come prepared to share what you want to talk about and we'll do our best to find the appropriate experts/speakers at our upcoming events.
