The Enterprise User Group brings together people from around the world who are using Zendesk as a key part of their tech stack.
Having issues integrating Zendesk? Trouble scaling to meet your business needs? Have questions about how to implement AI and self-service tools? You've come to the right place!
The purpose of this group is to:
What will the events look like?
We will have a mix of both virtual and in-person events that will take place every 2 to 3 months. We'll have virtual events and will most likely transition to hybrid events in 2023. Our events will incorporate just about anything on how to use Zendesk more effectively in your day-to-day but, we're looking to incorporate your ideas too. Come prepared to share what you want to talk about and we'll do our best to find the appropriate experts/speakers at our upcoming events.

Anyone! Current Zendesk customers, or those interested in using Zendesk, who want to improve their customer and agent experience.

On June 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM (CDT), Zendesk will host the fourth episode of the series “5 steps to provide email support - Build the customer experience.” This session covers customizing email templates, how emails are sent from Zendesk, setting up email notifications, managing customer feedback, using a professional email address, and forwarding emails into Zendesk.
