The Enterprise User Group brings together people from around the world who are using Zendesk as a key part of their tech stack.
Having issues integrating Zendesk? Trouble scaling to meet your business needs? Have questions about how to implement AI and self-service tools? You've come to the right place!
The purpose of this group is to:
Collaborate on solutions to complex business issues
Sharpen your skills and learn how others are using Zendesk
Discuss scalability and best practices to get there
Expand your network and community with other Zendesk users
What will the events look like?
We will have virtual events that will take place every 2 to 3 months. Our events will incorporate just about anything on how to use Zendesk more effectively in your day-to-day but, we're looking to incorporate your ideas too. Come prepared to share what you want to talk about and we'll do our best to find the appropriate experts/speakers at our upcoming events.

Anyone! Current Zendesk customers, or those interested in using Zendesk, who want to improve their customer and agent experience.
