What you’ll learn

With action builder - currently in EAP - you can create event-driven flows that automatically perform actions in Zendesk and external systems.  Our team is committed to regularly enhancing action builder’s functionality, and we’d like to give you a sneak-peek at two upcoming features.

During this session we’ll share some early designs for:

• surfacing error information and usage data about your flows, so you can troubleshoot and manage your flows

• transformation and formatting steps in action flows, so you can get data into the shape your actions need

For each of these topics there will be space for a live Q&A session. This is your chance to offer your feedback and ask anything related to the features covered.

In addition we’ll share details on how you can provide more general feedback, make feature requests, and suggest external connectors.
