Portugal User Group

The Portugal User Group brings together any Zendesk customer who wants to connect, learn, and share with other Zendesk customers in Portugal.

The purpose of this group is to:

• Sharpen your skills
• Learn how to use Zendesk more effectively
• Expand your network and community with other Zendesk users in Portugal

What will the events look like?

We will have a mix of both virtual and in-person events that will take place every 2 to 3 months. We'll have virtual events and will most likely transition to hybrid events in 2023. Our events will incorporate just about anything on how to use Zendesk more effectively in your day-to-day but, we're looking to incorporate your ideas too. Come prepared to share what you want to talk about and we'll do our best to find the appropriate experts/speakers at our upcoming events.
