The Texas User Group brings together any Zendesk customer who wants to connect, learn, and share with other Zendesk customers in the great state of Texas.

The purpose of this group is to:

  • sharpen our skills
  • learn how to use Zendesk more effectively
  • strengthen our individual teams’ effectiveness
  • and expand our community within the global network of Zendesk users

What will the events look like?

We will have a mix of virtual and in-person events that will take place quarterly. After a long time apart, we know that many people are missing real-life events and reasons to get out from behind our screens (and out of our pajamas), and nothing compares to good old-fashioned face-to-face connections. However given the continued uncertainty of the world and busy schedules, we will also offer virtual events so that anyone can attend, no matter their location.
