Looking for a deep dive and expert insights on how to do things with Zendesk products?

The Zendesk Community hosts several events every month to help Zendesk Admins, Developers, Support Managers, and other Zendesk users who are hands-on with the technology day to day. These events will give you the opportunity to hear from our product managers and other subject matter experts. Every event will also include an opportunity for live Q&A.

Where can I ask questions?
Head on over to The Zendesk Community, our online discussion space where you can ask questions, post product feedback, share tips, and talk with other users worldwide, 24/7.

Who are these events for?
Users of any experience level who are hands-on with the software on a regular basis. This typically includes titles like “Zendesk Admin,” “Support or IT Manager,” or for those who develop on the Zendesk platform.

Are your events recorded? How can I get recordings?
Yes. All events are recorded, and are emailed out to all event registrants. They are also posted to the Community playlist on Zendesk's YouTube channel.
