It can be a bit stressful when it comes time to look at the reporting.  How well did you do?  Did you even do well at all?  Keeping annual data allows you to see your trends and areas needing improvement.

Join me for and end of year session where we can discuss beneficial types of reports when it comes to the annual review.  Use your reports to demonstrate the positives and wins, even when it's not the greatest year to look back at.  Have you used metric filters to highlight certain areas of data?

Let's not ignore the elephant in the room, the Dashboard is getting some major updates!  Drop some concerns or comments regarding these changes.  We might be able to tackle some in the session.
