Event Co-Host: Kevin Martin Kevin Martin has been the Technology Director for River Forest School District 90 for 25 years. The district has been successfully using ZenDesk since 2016. The K-8 district of approximately 1500 kids and 200 staff is located west of downtown Chicago and has been an Apple Distinguished Program since 2014. Event Guest Speaker: Dr. H. Sam Coy, J.D., MBA, Ph.D.: Dr. Coy serves as Senior Solutions Consultant at Zendesk, Inc. Dr. H. Sam Coy is a native of Worcester, MA graduating from South High School with a full academic scholarship to any college in the country. Dr. Coy Attended Northeastern University and graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. She then attended Massachusetts School of Law (Andover) and attained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and served as a 3:03 certified Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office. Dr. Coy Founded Coy Consulting Group, LLC a Massachusetts state certified minority/woman owned business enterprise based out of Worcester, MA. Dr. Coy shares a wide understanding of measuring outcomes and demonstrating impact in the non-profit and human service sector. She has also developed policies and programs to encourage and stimulate community improvement. As a thought leader in the world of performance management, Dr. Coy forwards a knowledge -base that helps organizations demonstrate to funders and stakeholders the power of technology that has changed lives, saved lives and transformed communities in a measurable way. Accordingly, Dr. Coy has directly managed SaaS model performance management software for 30+ programs across the state of Massachusetts. Her professional experience includes years of working with various SaaS model enterprise solutions to help organizations measure and demonstrate their outcomes as an organizational and community collaborative effort.
