Liquid Markup for integrations and business rules

Liquid markup is a beginner-friendly templating language that you can use in Zendesk to achieve so much without touching a terminal. In this event we will discuss:

• Using Liquid in Macros, Triggers, Automations, Dynamic Content, Email Template, Custom Field names/descriptions.
• Zendesk placeholders and their manipulation.
• Which tags and filters are available by Zendesk’s implementation of Liquid, with few examples on assign, capture, comment, raw, for loops.
• Caveats of using Liquid within Zendesk, such as the limited expressions that can be used on the Email Template, some memory limits, correct/wrong formats.
