Our first Knowledge Manager (KM) user group meeting is intended to familiarize our chapter members with each other and how we interact with Zendesk knowledge management in our lives. Join us as we introduce ourselves, establish a mission and vision, and decide on the future cadence and topics of upcoming meetings. 

An additional topic of conversation will be the recently held Relate conference! Bring your biggest takeaways and lessons learned in the world of knowledge management.
