On Tuesday, November 14th at 11 AM CDT, we'll be joined by members of the Zendesk Product Team for a special discussion and listening session on Layout Builder for Agent Workspace.

Layout Builder is Zendesk's no-code, drag-and-drop, interface builder to enable customers to customize the UI of Agent Workspace (and soon other areas of Zendesk) fully to their heart's content.

We'll be going over the current capabilities of Layout Builder, our multi-year product roadmap for Layout Builder, and open up the floor for feature requests and discourse on how customers would love to customize their Zendesk via Layout Builder.
